Scholarship Description:

Candidates are encouraged to apply to the Fully Funded Doctoral Position in Computer Science. The grant is issued for the 2020–2021 educational year.

The Grant is distributed specifically to both national and foreign students who wish to begin doctoral research in Computer Science, beginning with the academic year 2020-2021.

The University of Upper Alsace was established in 1975 and is a flexible career development center based in France with more than 8000 students offering around a hundred courses.

The university focuses specifically on science, technology, finance, administration, arts, and humanities.  Students will learn exchangeable skills that help them handle the different roles they can assume in their professions.

Degree level:

PhD degree plan.

Field of Study:

The doctoral degree program will be awarded in Computer Science.

Scholarship Award: 

For the educational year 2020-2021, the university provides a complete-funded 3 year Doctoral program in Computer Science.

Eligibility Criteria:

The conditions for qualification are as follows;

  • Applicant will have to take enrollment to a doctoral degree at the University of Upper Alsace before submitting the application for the opportunity.
  • Applicant will have master’s degree in applied mathematics or computer science.
  • Applicant will have good knowledge of meta heuristics and learning techniques.
  • Applicant will have effective programming skills in Python / C++.
