Scholarship Description:
With the motive of supporting the education of excellent foreign students in New Zealand, the University of Otago is announcing the Otago International Excellence Scholarship for the session 2020/21.
The program supports students who want to start master’s degree coursework Business and Humanities of Sciences at the University of Otago.
Host College/University:
The University of Otago would be the first university in New Zealand which was established in 1869. This is divided into four academic divisions, and has a reputation for innovation and teaching globally.

Masters degree plan.
Field of Study:
The masters degree program will be awarded in Business and Humanities of Sciences.
Scholarship Award:
The University of Otago will grant the qualified applicants a prize payment of equivalent to NZ$10,000 for university tuition fees.
Nationalities:
Aspirants from all nationalities are eligible.
Eligibility Criteria:
The conditions for qualification are as follows;
- Applicants will have to take enrollment to a masters degree at the University of Otago before submitting the application for the opportunity.
- International students currently pursuing bachelor’s degrees at Otago University are qualified.

To applicants wishing to apply to scholarships, the following application guidance is intended:
- Applicants will have to take admission to a masters degree at the University of Otago. Applicants are automatically considered for this award of education after being enrolled.
- Applicants must submit Pre-qualification degree, copies of academic transcripts and award, certificates of English language proficiency, a statement, a copy of passport.
- Applicants must review the institution’s entrance criteria to be considered for the award.
- If your education has not been conducted in the English language, you will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency. For more information go through the English language requirements page.
