Scholarship Description:

Hubert Humphrey Fellowships for International Students, USA is funded by US department of States for Selected Countries Citizens of eligible countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and Eurasia, Middle East and North Africa, East Asia and Pacific, South and Central Asia, and Western Hemisphere. The scholarship allows Non Degree level program(s) in the field of Agriculture Development, Banking and Finance, Economic Development, English, Finance, Foreign Language, HIV Prevention, Human Resource Management, Human Rights, Journalism, Natural Resource Management, Public Health, Public Policy, Trafficking in Persons Policy and Prevention, Urban Planning taught at Arizona State University, Boston University, Cornell University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Michigan State University, Pennsylvania State University, Syracuse University, University of California Davis, University of Minnesota, USA Universities, Vanderbilt University, Virginia Commonwealth University, Washington College of Law . The deadline of the scholarship is October 1, 2019

Host College/University:

The Hubert Humphrey fellowship Program is a non degree program which provides ten months of non-degree academics study and related professional experience in United States.

  3. limited or no prior experience in USA.
  4. demonstrated leadership qualities
  5. a record of public service in the community and
  6. strong English skills.
